Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 (Series S) | High Difficulty | Longplay Full Game

Full game longplay of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, released in 2007 for PC, Ps3, X360 and PSP. This being the X360 version being played under backwards compatibility on Series S. Played on Elevated Risk, highest possible setting available when you have not finished the game once before. Note: massive sound delay most of the time, I know, I know, but I think I have figured out why it happens now, it won’t happen again.

The game takes place in 2014, immediately after the events of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (GRAW), just south of the Mexico–United States border, and deals with the conflict between a Mexican rebel group, Mexican loyalists, and the U.S. Army for a time span of 72 hours. A wide array of location types are included, featuring mountains, small towns, urban environments, and a large hydro-electric dam just north of the border.

And with is, I have essentialy finished every single classic Ghost Recon game to ever be released, from Ghost Recon in 2001, to GRAW 2 in 2007, on multiple platforms (PC, Xbox, Xbox 360). While definitely not a good recording in terms of quality, gameplay itself went fine, and the so-called Elevated Risk difficulty, is quite easy surprisingly. There are just some select few locations when you can get an aneurysm easily from all the checkpoint loads. Otherwise, It’s as good as a late classic Ghost Recon title gets. Some shooting, some tactics, some nice views, some terminator enemies, some international conflict storyline, oh and the nukes too. Surprisingly, the xbox series S could not achieve 60 fps most of the time. The game is apparently much heavier than GRAW 1, which I saw running at perfect 60 fps. It was responsive enough, xbox controls great as always, aiming pretty easy and effective. I had a pretty good time, all things considered. I do believe GRAW 1 is the better game, but the second title holds its own. I’d rate it 8,5/10, so pretty much universal review rating for the game!

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (Xbox) [1080p60] Longplay Full Game Walkthrough No Commentary

Full longplay of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, GRAW for short, the OG XBOX NTSC version, and probably the only longplay on youtube of it. Played on Recruit difficulty, and I don’t actually regret it. Goold old Ghost Recon. Tho it’s not much of a GR really, it plays 100% more like Rainbow Six.

It’s a completely cutdown version running on Unreal Engine 2, like Ghost Recon 2 on GC and PS2. Framerate is horrible at times, and there are a lot of hitches, plus my crosshair turning around randomly for some reason during those stutters. Not good. Graphically it’s pretty okay, if not for the “flying dirt and leaves” filter on the screen, like a film grain. I hat those, and they worsen the quality on youtube. There is no Objectives Table, you’ve got no idea what to do after you get it on voice comm. There were quite a few of bugs, sometimes requiring a quick load. Maps design is fine, tho not a fan of Mexico, too yellowy in games for some reason. Overall I see why it’s rated 66 on metacritic. It’s just… average. It’s a crossgen game, and a ctudown version at that. You can only steer ONE teammate, don’t know what they were thinking. And you can’t heal them after they get “wounded”, neither can they heal you. Almost zero of tacticality, only a Rainbow Six shooter.
